The exposed parts shall be coated with antirust grease as much as possible, and the surface shall be exposed to wind and rain to prevent collective rust. A maintenance system shall be established.
2. The plant and foundation shall have sufficient height and installation position according to the installation size of the paper burning machine. The paper burning machine foundation shall adopt high-standard cement and be embedded with reinforcement, and threading pipe or cable trench shall be reserved.
3. 1-2T lifting tools shall be provided for the installation and maintenance of paper burning machine.
4. If the time from delivery to use of the paper burning machine exceeds 6 months, the equipment must be cleaned and inspected once. After the cleaning and inspection, sufficient lubricating oil shall be added to all parts.
2、 Installation of paper machine equipment:
1. First fix the transmission device of the paper machine equipment, mainly control a certain height, and then use the level end plane. At the same time, fix the screws on the transmission equipment.
2. Please follow the steps indicated for the installation of the main machine of the paper machine.
3. The position and direction of the steam pipeline shall be installed according to the general drawing, and shall not be changed or processed arbitrarily. The joints of each pipeline shall be sealed, and there shall be no air leakage after fastening. The commissioning work shall be carried out after the installation of each component.
3、 Paper machine commissioning (idle test):
1. The paper machine shall be subject to no-load test after installation, and the time of no-load test of the main engine shall not be less than 1 hour; Only when the main engine runs smoothly can it produce slowly.
2. All supporting equipment of the paper machine shall also be started without load, and can be used after normal operation, and then observe its operation effect without abnormal noise and vibration.
3. The time of load operation and test run shall not be less than 8 hours. After the paper machine works normally, the whole machine has no abnormal noise and there is no air leakage at each pipe connection. After the test run, tighten the pipe connection again, and then it can be put into normal use. Gas, air, heavy oil, petroleum, chemical drugs, etc.
